Firm Marks Five Years of Growth, Success
Boileau Communications Management LLC
NEWS RELEASE: Holland, MI—With the launch of its new website Boileau Communications Management is celebrating the company’s fifth year of continuous growth in West Michigan.
Since its founding, the Holland-based public relations and business communications firm has quadrupled its revenues and grown from one to five full and part-time employees. The firm’s broad client base includes companies in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, energy, legal services, technology consulting, healthcare, construction and non-profit organizations.
“It’s been a great adventure for us,” said Randy Boileau, Boileau Communications’ founder. “We’ve been very pleased to survive and grow in our first five years, thanks entirely to the great clients we have the privilege to serve.”
The firm has grown in a stubbornly recessionary economy by providing clients with an exceptionally high level of personalized service. GHSP, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier based in Grand Haven, Michigan, was Boileau Communications’ first client.
“Boileau Communications has the sophistication and expertise of the very best firms in this market, and they assess the reality and practical needs of my business and tailor their solutions to our situation,” said Paul Doyle, who is president and CEO at GHSP. “BCM is our partner; I have come to feel they are simply part of our business with their office just a little further down the street.”
While still offering a strong service line-up in traditional public relations and business communications, Boileau Communications has also stepped up its offering of video, interactive and Web 2.0 solutions. And the company practices what it counsels for others: Included on its web site is a new public relations-oriented blog called Fresh Content.
